We have recently completed work at the famous and iconic Woolwich Ferry. The Woolwich Ferry has been operating as a ferry to cross the River Thames, connecting the South of Woolwich with the North, since the 14th Century. Electrical installation, lighting, sockets, mains distribution, bonding, air conditioning, intruder alarm, fire alarm, access controls .

Tait House, in Ward Road London, N19 transformation into a four storey residential building with the addition of a stunning rooftop development. We completed the M&E including supply & distribution, lighting, solar pv, door entry system, sockets and ventilation. Electrical installation, lighting, sockets, mains distribution, bonding, air conditioning, intruder alarm, fire alarm, access controls, laterial mains, utilities organisation, water services, drainage, fitted bathrooms and kitchens, wet underfloor heating, electric boilers, emergency lighting, smoke vents, fibre optic broadband.

The Rayleigh Club Essex. Golf course, driving range and wedding venue. We installed a 50KW PV consisting of 189 solar panels.

This system dramatically reduced the running costs of the business.

Queensmead School in Middlesex is a co-educational 11-18 comprehensive school and specialist technology college that regards the nature of the buildings in which its students are educated as being of the highest importance. We completed the M&E aspects involved in refurbishment of its existing science block. Data, power instalation, lighting, floor boxing.

Arnold House School is an independent prep school for boys aged 3-13. In late 2020, it acquired the freehold ownership of an additional building not far from its main site, with a vision to expand its overall offer to include Pre-reception and Reception classes. The Huxley Building needed to be transformed to meet not only the needs of the newly expanded early years provision. We completed the M&E part of this project.

This was a stunning client commission working with Well St Studio. After shelling out the Grosvenor Estate property and its carcass removed. We completed all M&E aspects of this refurbishment. Sub mains, distribution, re wire, bespoke high end lighting, lighting controls, plumbing, bathrooms, ventilation.

The project at Northwood School also involved developing common areas, adding IT points, creating areas for members of staff and building multi-purpose classrooms. The development will enable the school to provide better study facilities for students undertaking important examinations, and it also promotes cohesive and collaborative study. The new areas have maximised usable space in the sixth form building and they cater for pupils and staff. Full M&E fit out.

Perronet Garages, London Borough of Southwark Elephant Arcade provided 11 retail units which will soon be home to a diverse range of small businesses, along with a cafe space. The existing unassuming brick frontage will be opened up with windows, entrances, greenery and seating, transforming a blank corner under the podium into a public-facing community asset. Inside, robust materials such as Georgian wired glass, corrugated fibre cement and OSB echo the hardy language of concrete, metal and glass found in Perronet House above. Air conditioning, ventaliation system, plumbing and drainage, lighting, power, distribution, CT chambers, external lighting, CCTV, intruder alarm, fire alarm, UPS systems, meter distribution, incoming mains.

This project on The Bricklayers Arms, Oasis London Borough of Southwark was to transform an underused and gated podium space into an urban oasis for the wider community to use. Part of the Mayor of London’s, “Good Growth Fund”. £30m was awarded for 33 projects across London. The Good Growth Fund is the Mayor of London’s biggest regeneration fund and is delivered through the London Economic Action Partnership (LEAP). It was launched in June 2017 and will run until March 2021. We completed a full electrical / mechanical upgrade.

Stratford Circus is located within the heart of Stratford’s ‘Cultural Quarter’, close to the Queen Elizabeth Park and within close proximity to other cultural venues including Theatre Royal Stratford and Stratford Picture House, leisure outlets and within easy reach of Stratford Shopping Centre. We completed a full electrical / mechanical upgrade.

The buildings, date back to the 19th century, when the Friern Manor Dairy Company ran several farms in north London and owned several shops to sell its produce. The ornate shop owned and run by Friern Manor Dairy at the foot of Crouch Hill dates to circa 1890 and is particularly remarkable for the seven distinctive panels formed using a technique called scrafitto and which depict tradition methods of dairy production.

Waste-A-Way Recycling Ltd provides specialist bulk haulage and disposal of waste and recycling materials across the South and East of England, the East Midlands and London. We completed a full electrical re fit as part of a larger refurbishment project. Located at ARRI’s UK premises in Uxbridge, with camera, grip, and lighting packages available on site from ARRI Rental, the 708 square-meter (7,621 square-foot) studio is being offered for hire to short and long-form productions of any kind, as well as for events, education, and R&D. We acted as the subcontractor and completed the stage fit out, pannel boards, sub mains, distribution boards, power lock boards, lighting, emergency lighting, power, data, ventilation system, HVAC, Chiller, BMS System, BMs controls, Plumbing.

Selwood manufactured pumps set the benchmark in the water, environmental and construction industries. We completed a full electrical re fit as part of a larger refurbishment project. Harmondsworth IRC currently has a capacity of 676, which makes it the largest detention centre in Europe. It holds only men and the security in several of the wings is comparable to a Category B (high security) prison. Harmondsworth is run by private security company Mitie, under contract to the UK Border Agency. We completed the annual Commercial / Industrial EICR and remedial works to bring the installation up to specification.

In 1971 the Crafts Advisory Committee (CAC) was formed to advise the government ‘on the needs of the artist craftsman and to promote a nation-wide interest and improvement in their products’. We completed the M&E part of the recent refurbishment project.

Coteford Infant School is a mainstream school with the privilege of additional funds to support approximately 10 children with physical disabilities. The playground has many exciting features including the Magical Theatre, the Butterfly Garden and a conservation area that is a source of fascination to our learners. We have a large school hall, equipped with theatre lighting to support sports, drama and special events. As part of a time sensative refurbishment we completed power supply installation, distrubution, Board, temporary classroom construction and set up and new ditribution board.

Express Freight Services – EFS – has specialised in container haulage ever since we were launched over 30 years ago. It has been a period of constant growth and evolution as more and more customers have discovered for themselves how EFS is synonymous with quality and trust. We completed the annual Commercial / Industrial EICR and remedial works to bring the installation up to specification including RCBO fuse board,

Advanced Engine Research supply technologically advanced high-performance engine solutions to the automotive and motorsport industry. Through employment of the best engineers, the latest design tools and advanced electronic control systems, AER is a world leader in producing high performance, fuel efficient low mass engines. Utilities set up and install, sub main distrution, DB boards, CNC machine shop fit out, office fit out, lighting, power, air conditioning, ventilation, HVAC, intruder alarm, fire alarm, water works and plumbing, access control, studwork walls, suspend ceilings.

(QNB Group) was established in 1964 as the country’s first Qatari-owned commercial bank, with an ownership structure split between the Qatar Investment Authority (50%) and the remaining (50%) held by members of the public. As part of a larger refurbishment project we completed the M&E including power and distrubion, bespoke lighting and data cabling, points and set up.

The flagship store on Brook Street in Mayfair, London features multiple brands. The three floors of store space were designed by Tokujin Yoshioka. The unique design has a minimalist look with 12m of steel hanger rails in a cutting-edge triangular shape. The contrast between the historic building and up-to-the-minute interior sets this store apart. We completed mains distribution, lighting, full lighting control, mode lighting, emergency lighting, dali controls, fire alarm and access controls.

The original building of the Old Dairy complex, at 127 Hanley Road, was in use as a dairy from the middle of the 19th century, first by Davis & Co. and then by George Taylor. We completed the M&E part of this conversion to workshops, cafe, and a restaurant. This included utlilies set up , lateral mains, distibution, lighting, emergency lighting, power, fire alarm, AV install, air conditioning and an intercom system.

This was a private client commission to refurbish a penthouse apartment. We completed all power, distribution, air conditioning and custom LED lighting throughout with master control. Re wire, heating and controls.
